Just got back, I suppose I should give my opinion on the movie. If you’ve seen any anime film that that is just a separate story, you should kno what to expect going into FMA: Star of Milos. That being said, the story was interesting and it was simply fun to watch. What impressed me the most was the animation. I’ve heard a few people hating on it, but I personally love gritty fast paced animation. Other than a few story elements were poorly executed I have no major complaints (keeping in mind that it was nothing more than a side-story). Also, it’s always great to see an anime movie in theaters.
